When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred. This agreement will be archived on our server for a period of 10 years. During this period, it is possible to request a copy via the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
All selling prices are inclusive of VAT. From time to time we may change and adjust our prices. We do this at our own discretion, without any prior notice.
Sizes given on knotted pile carpets indicate the length and width of the knotted area only, excluding all fringes and edge finishes, as measured along the central axes of the item. Notwithstanding a commitment to accuracy, all sizes given should be considered as approximate.
Guarantee / Warranty
Freguco NV guarantees that the products meet the contract specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of sound and / or usability and on the date of the agreement existing legal provisions and / or government regulations. If agreed Freguco NV also guarantees that the product is suitable for other than normal use.
A guarantee provided by Freguco NV, manufacturer or importer does not affect the legal rights and claims that the consumer may assert Under the contract against Freguco NV.
All deliveries are handled by UPS or ourselves personally.
We are unable to ship to box addresses.
All our carpets are delivered free of charge within the EU *, by UPS or our own service.
* Except in Malta and Cyprus
All delivery times are clearly mentioned on each product page. Please take into account that in some situations these can change due to stock variation, but we will inform you regularly of any updates.
Delivery time “immediate”: these products are available in our showroom and can be shipped immediately to you. In this case the delivery time should not exceed 3 work days for a delivery within EU.
Delivery time “in stock”: these products are available in the warehouse. Please note that in this case the delivery will take no longer that 10 work days. The ordered item needs to come for a final quality check to our showroom and will then be sent to you.
Delivery time ‘on request’: the products with these delivery times are being produced, but there is sometimes a longer waiting time due to planning/priority. Please contact us for more details.
Please take into account the following closing times for the warehouse:
- Official Belgium holidays
- Yearly summer holidays, 15th July to 15th August (please note that this varies slightly from year to year)
- Christmas and New Year holidays, every year from 23rd December until 03rd January.
Stock and availability
We try to give the most accurate and up to date stock situation and this is in 99% correctly displayed on our site. Please understand that sometimes due to certain reasons such as high demand, lower production planning or holidays there will be a small difference in availability. Please note that even if the delivery time might differ a little, the products will remain available and deliverable. We will inform you immediatly of any possible changes.
Sales prices strictly apply during the dates mentioned on our website. Outside those dates we aren't able to offer the specially discounted rates.
The right to exchange goods if you are not satisfied
You have the right to change the carpet if there is a manufacturing fault. Please note that a slight colour difference between our site photo and the actual product is not considered as a fault, since this occurs as a result of a different light environment. We only use professional photography for an accurate representation.. If you want to change your carpet please contact us on +32 3 88 666 08 and we will help you with your change. The carpet has to be in the same condition as when you bought it and it should not have been used. The right to exchange goods if not satisfied applies only to deliveries made within the EU.
14 days Money Back Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your order get in touch with us and we’ll either organize a replacement, provide you with a store credit or give you your money back. You choose! Please note that we can only honour the above within 14 days from the dispatch of goods. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for the products purchased at a reduced price. The 14 days return guarantee doesn't apply for any made-to-measure carpets, all Perletta Carpets range, Brinker Steps & Tones en Zoffany, since these products are made individually on order.
When sending back a carpet you first have to contact us to get a return dispatch note. It is your responsibility that the carpet arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the carpet is well packed. The return is not completed until we have received and examined the returned goods.
Freguco NV handles secure card payments in collaboration with Hipay.
Card payment is a secure and convenient method of payment for you as a customer. We, as the selling company, will never have knowledge of your card or account information. This information is securely transferred via an encrypted link from you through the Hipay Payment gateway to your bank.
Error on delivery
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged carpet or the wrong number of carpets, please contact us immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the goods have been received; reports received later than this will not be taken into consideration.

Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to UPS when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to UPS as soon as they are discovered.
The names, images and logos identifying the FREGUCO NV or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of the FREGUCO NV and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of the FREGUCO NV or any other third party.
Confidentiality when handling personal information
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.
Freguco NV will not give any personal information to any third party.

We do not have a price match guarantee.
