Because of the way the products are displayed on the site, a price filter is not possible right now. We have one product with multiple sizes.
However, you're 100% right, it would be easier to have this filter, and we are looking at the possibilities to do this in the future.

Unfortunately, the UPS delivery system did not work for us. Attempted to reschedule the delivery for a different day but the carrier attempted to deliver it on the original date and no one was at home. UPS then left the rug at a local collection point which required us to carry the rug some distance to the car.

I'm sorry to hear that the UPS service hasn't lived up to the expectations. They should be trying to delivery on 3 consecutive days according to our contract, and if you are not at home on the first day they should leave a notice for you to contact them to re-schedule. They should only deposit the rug at a UPS collection point if they fail to find somebody at home after 3 attempts. Hopefully you will enjoy the rug for a long time, and we will in the meantime try to get UPS to improve.

We were looking for a very specific rug - we knew the brand and model. Found the website via Google. Very easy to use, and happy that there is shipping to Israel.
Shipping was great - quick, packaged very well. (A little expensive, but air freight for a heavy rug wouldnt be cheap...)
Had a great purchasing experience.
However, I did submit a question via the website (about care for the rug and using a vacuum/ dyson vacuum), and have yet to receive a response.

Please follow the following simple steps and you will be enjoying your carpet for much longer:
Clean your carpet regularly with a commercially available vacuum cleaner to remove dust and dirt.
Some individual threads may come loose during the first few weeks of use. Do not pull longer threads protruding from the pile. Cut off these threads with a pair of small scissors.
Remove stains using a damp cloth. Do not rub. Do not allow stains to dry.
Have the carpet cleaned by a professional carpet cleaner should more intensive cleaning be required.
These carpets are suitable for underfloor heating and they are antiallergenic.

We are trying to improve the communication, but most of times the main cause for not receiving emails from us is because they land in a SPAM folder. There is very little we can do about this, as these are local server settings, done by either yourself or the mail/internet provider. We are however looking into a way around this and we hope to be able tofind a decent solution soon.
